IP Inclusive is a brilliant, sector-led initiative working to improve equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across the UK’s IP professions. Signing the Charter isn’t just symbolic; it’s a commitment to doing better, being better, and helping others do the same. Creating a working environment that’s open, accessible, and inclusive isn’t just the right thing to do, it makes the IP world stronger, more creative, and ultimately, more human.
