Maria’s focus is on providing the best possible experience for her residential property clients.

She says, ‘It is very fulfilling to progress a residential property transaction to completion and to give our client the good news’.

Maria has been immersed in residential property transactions for several years.  She is currently a conveyancing technician registered with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.  Upon completing her diploma studies, Maria will be a Licensed Conveyancer, which will confirm that she is a specialist and expert in the legal aspects of buying and selling property.

Fluent in Italian, her mother tongue, French and English, Maria is able to explain the process of sales and purchases of property in England to many of our international clients, who very much appreciate this service.

Maria’s experience in working for several years for the Italian Foreign Office, both in Rome and overseas postings, means that she can cope with and resolve unexpected issues in a professional and supportive manner.

Maria is approachable and always has her client’s best interests at heart.
