Maria has been immersed in residential property transactions for several years. She is a Licensed Conveyancer registered with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC), which confirms that she is a specialist and expert in the legal aspects of property transactions.

Fluent in Italian, her mother tongue, French and English, Maria is able to explain the process of sales and purchases of property in England to many of our international clients, who very much appreciate this service.

Maria’s experience in working for several years for the Italian Foreign Office, both in Rome and overseas postings, means that she can cope with and resolve unexpected issues in a professional and supportive manner.
