You choose a tier and receive a block of monthly legal credits (10 credits = 1 hour of legal time), which you can use across whatever lands on your desk, from lease queries to portfolio management.

Use your credits as needed. If you have a quieter month, you can roll over up to 50% of unused credits to the following month, so it’s not a “use it or lose it” model.

When larger matters arise; such as acquisitions, refinances, or major leases, you’ll already have a legal team that understands your business and property portfolio. Plus, you’ll benefit from preferential rates on that work.

With REsource you can run documents and decisions past a named real estate lawyer, without a new brief or a lengthy ‘getting up to speed’ call each time.

Flex and managed workspace operators juggle overlapping legal threads: leases, licence agreements, break clauses and fit‑out obligations – often under pressure and in parallel. A REsource subscription gives you a second pair of eyes on documents, plus practical advice from a named lawyer who understands your world.

You’ll be billed monthly, with an initial commitment of 3 months and then rolling month‑to‑month. After the initial three months, you can cancel by giving 28 days’ notice.
