Greenwoods completes landmark deal for the UK’s fastest-growing waste management and recycling company!

Stephen Jarvis, Philippa Sturt, Claire Banks, Francesca Jus-Burke, and Isobel Ryan-Dalton of our Corporate & Commercial team, Micheala Drazek, Keith Williams and John Macaulay of our Employment team and our Tax specialist Roger Harding were delighted to have acted on behalf of the management team of Axil Integrated Services Limited (Axil) and its group of companies as TowerBrook Delta, an international investment management firm, became majority shareholders.  The transformative deal completed on Thursday 27 March 2025.

Axil specialises in total waste management with sustainability in mind by creating practical solutions for its customers and to set new industry standards to minimise environmental impact.  Axil has been featured in the ninth edition of the FT1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2025 ranking.
