Three deals shortlisted for the Insider Media Central & East Dealmakers Awards 2023

Congratulations to our Corporate & Commercial and Real Estate teams on being shortlisted for the Insider Media Central & East Dealmakers Awards 2023.

 

Our Corporate & Commercial team, headed by Stephen Jarvis, has been shortlisted for International Deal of the Year for two deals – the acquisition of Celtic Springs Business Park by AW Properties from GII (Jersey), reported to be South Wales’s largest commercial property deal in the past 12 months, and the acquisition of Stephen James Group by Hedin Automotive (Sweden). Congratulations to everyone involved: Stephen Jarvis, Claire Banks, Francesca Jus-Burke, Alex Hutchings, Amy Lynch, Isobel Ryan-Dalton, Kensey Williams, Fran Dooley, Keith Williams, Lydia Gu, Kirstie Staples, Micheala Drazek and Simon Malcolm. Stephen certainly made in an impact during his first year at the firm!

Our Real Estate team, headed by Alex Hutchings, has been shortlisted for Deal of the Year (£10m+) for the Acquisition of Marshall-owned Toyota and Lexus dealerships by Steven Eagell, Listers and FRF. Congratulations to Sona Vig, Myles Shearman, Amy Lynch, Karin Horsley, Isobel Ryan-Dalton and Nicolle Moyo.

What we’re most pleased about, though, is the importance of these transactions in our clients’ growth and development.  There is nothing more exciting than seeing your clients succeed.
