Deal sealed! Greenwoods advises Perspective Financial Group on their latest acquisition
Francesca Jus-Burke, Philippa Sturt, Stephen Jarvis, Claire Banks, Tom Butler and Nicolle Trust of our Corporate & Commercial team were delighted to advise Perspective Financial Group Limited (Perspective) on its acquisition of the assets of Bayham Wealth LLP, a financial planning firm. The deal completed on Thursday 31 July 2025.
Perspective is an acquisitive financial planning and wealth management business, that has been acquiring and integrating firms since 2008 that share their commitment to delivering exceptional financial planning services and client care.
